NDHM Compliance

Our commitment to the National Digital Health Mission

राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य मिशन के साथ

This page is maintained by MyMi Health to describe how MyMi aligns with ABDM/NDHM building blocks. It is not an independent certification.

NDHM building blocks we support

  • 🆔 ABHA Health ID

Users can link their 14-digit ABHA number to their MyMi account.

  • 📋 Personal Health Records (PHR)

MyMi stores and manages personal health records in a structured, portable format.

  • 🏥 ABDM ecosystem

Designed to interoperate with the broader ABDM ecosystem as standards evolve.

  • 🔭 Roadmap

Planned: DigiDoctor registry integration and ABDM consent framework.

Data localisation

All user data is stored exclusively on servers located in India (Supabase, ap-south-1). No health data is transferred outside Indian jurisdiction. AI processing for prescription text uses anonymised content only — no personal identifiers leave India.

Security controls in place

  • TLS / HTTPS on all connections
  • Firebase Phone OTP (2-factor auth)
  • Row Level Security per user
  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • Least-privilege service roles
  • Audit logs on sensitive access

Consumer protection

  • • A named Grievance Officer responds within 30 days as required by Indian IT law.
  • • Users can export all of their data on request, in a portable format.
  • • Account deletion is honoured within 30 days of a verified request.
  • • If MyMi discontinues service, a 90-day data export window is provided before secure deletion.

Exit strategy

If sandbox testing is discontinued, all user data will be exported on request and securely deleted within 90 days, in line with our published Privacy Policy.
