In plain English: MyMi is not a diagnostic tool.

MyMi helps you organise health information and answers general questions. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed medical practitioner. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions and in emergencies dial 112.

Eligibility

In plain English: 18+ Indian residents.

MyMi is offered to Indian residents aged 18 or older. Profiles for minor children may be managed by a parent or legal guardian from their own account.

Acceptable use

In plain English: Personal, lawful use only.

You may use MyMi for personal and family health management. You may not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Data ownership

In plain English: You own your data. We are custodians.

All personal and health data you upload remains yours. MyMi acts as the data fiduciary and processes data only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination & exit

In plain English: Delete any time. Export available.

You can delete your account from the app at any time. On deletion, personal data is removed from primary stores within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. You may request a portable export before deletion.

Governing law

In plain English: Republic of India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
