Your health data, on your terms

MyMi Health is the data fiduciary for personal and health information you provide. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

🗂️

What we collect

Phone number (for authentication), name, age and relationships of family members you add, prescription images you upload, structured medicine and lab data extracted from them, reminder schedules, and basic device/diagnostic logs. We collect only what each feature genuinely needs.

🇮🇳

Where it is stored

All personal and health data is stored on Supabase servers in India (ap-south-1, Mumbai region). It does not leave Indian jurisdiction.

🤝

Third parties

Firebase (Google) for phone OTP authentication; Supabase (India region) as our managed database; Anthropic Claude (USA) for extracting structured data from prescriptions — prescription images are sent for AI processing and are not retained after processing. No identity or contact information is included.

⏱️

How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On deletion request, data is removed from primary stores within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
